If you're reading these words, then you want revival for your church. I am honored that you've chosen to learn more about David Woods Ministries. I know your time is precious, so I'll come right to the point: God has something wonderful in store for you and your church.

Over the past 29 years I've been privileged to be a tool in God's hands as He has brought revival to churches all across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. I've seen Him save lost souls and fill Christians with the Holy Spirit. I've seen the sick healed, the lame walk, and the blind see.

I've seen hope restored as God spoke prophesies and words of knowledge to hurting people. It is a powerful thing to hear a word from God, speak it out, and see the startled, or relieved, or grateful look on the face of the listener.

Are your people hungry for a touch from God? I hope they are. The good news is that God wants to touch your congregation. He wants to rain down his blessings. He wants to empower your people to transform your community.

You may be wondering why should it take a special speaker and a special event for people to receive God's touch. After all, isn't God the same whether a special event is going on or not? Of course He is.

Sadly,  many times people miss out on God's touch simply because they don't expect that touch to come during their ‘normal' daily walk, or at a ‘regular' church service. However, when you bring in a special ministry, like ours, you raise the expectations of your congregation. You literally raise the faith levels of your people. And greater expectation, greater faith, gives God greater room to work. This principle is probably the single most important reason to bring in an outside evangelist.

But giving your pulpit to a stranger is unsettling for some. And with good reason. After all, not every man or woman bearing the name ‘evangelist' is worthy of the title. You have a responsibility to your congregation. Your duty is to investigate anyone you would place in your pulpit. So you've got questions that need answers.
